About us
Barni Gabor
In 2016 Recycl’Art is founded by Barni Gabor. His first projects were made out of recycled and reclaimed wood. The local social enterprise Roman Works and Barni started to collaborate in 2019 and two years later the Recycleart company was founded. The unique and authentic style for furniture and interior design is now widely apreciated by clients in Romania and Europe.
Social Impact
Recycleart is co founded by Asociatia Roman Works. A local charity with the vision to create jobs for people with a distance to the labor market. Recycleart is employing persons with a history in addiction, from minority (Roma) background and from rural area’s where finding a decent job is difficult. Next to it we receive mental challenged teenagers for day activities in and around the workshop. On our property we have apartments where we provide housing for persons without their own home. For this we are are working together with organisations like Bonus Pastor foundation, TiMuLazu and Coming Home Ministries.
The Recycl’Art products are made in a small village near the city of Târgu Mureș in România!
Recycle
Recycling is in our company name. In all our products we try to recycle wood and other material. For this we need material that can be used for recycling.
